Below are some pictures from a modern renovation of a toll tenders building on the famous Erie Canal. It was turned into a 3000 SQ. Ft. custom home. This artisan renovation had over 80 recessed lights, rope lighting, under cabinet lighting, step lighting, custom exterior lighting including w.p.recessed lights, switches & outlets at handicapped access heights, wheelchair elevator, three floors of living space, one floor of mechanicals, 400 amp electrical service, manual transfer switch and panel for generator, wired for all electric appliances, and electric ice melting mats in driveway and walkways into house.
